Hi
Has anyone come in the situation where husband wants to relocate being a British Citizen to other country and doesn't want to renew Wife's visa?
What steps the wife can take??Can she take through human rights??? or tell about situation to HO to extend her visa?? She is torn in the situation unable to decide as he might come back in 2 years then what is her chance?

If your husband leaves to UK, your current visa will no longer be valid and you would have to apply for a visa under your own right...for example PBS employment or a student visa. I'm assuming you don't have a child together?

It's for a friend...yes no kids yet...but it's hard to believe that he is UK citizen and doesn't want to stay here...she on the other hand has to go winding up everything...he is not selling house or anything...he might come back but what about her???she will have to stick to his decisions...

What is the husband's plan for the wife apart from him not wanting to renew the wife's visa?
