Dear board,
I am new member of Immigration board.
My apologies if I have posted query in the wrong group.
I have applied EEA Family Member - Residence Card - SURINDER SINGH Route (Spouse of British citizen).
Application posted on: 26 June 2019
Received by UKVI/HO on: 27 June 2019
Payment taken: 28 June 2019
Home Office Email (with case reference number): 04 July 2019
Biometrics letter received: 06 July 2019 (Dated 03 July 2019)
Biometrics enrolled on: 06 July 2019
COA With Work: Waiting
Residence card received on: Waiting
Documents Returned on: Waiting
As per rule Certificate of application should come within 21 days post biometric (it has been more than 21 days) and still I didn’t get my Certificate of Application. No update from Home Office.
My employer is not extending my contract without seeing that letter (COA).
My husband’s passport (British) also with home office, and he can’t travel (since 26 June 2019).
Can someone please help.
