Need help regarding Visa Form VAF9

I have my HSMP Approval and have to apply for Visa before July 28. As new PBS Visa Forms has been launched (VAF9). Can any one tell me which forms of VAF9 Category should I fillup (as there are three forms in this category) and as they are based on Points, so which sections/parts of these forms I must fill considering my application for HSMP.
