Dependent Visa - Main applicant's Length of COS matters?

Hi, I am planning to switch from Tier 2 ICT to PBS dependent visa within the country. Main applicants Visa status: Tier 2 G leave to remain till June 2022 and CoS is more than 3 years. Since I am planning to switch now, the maximum period I can get for my visa is only 3 years.
In the application, there is a question 'what is the length of Main applicant's CoS?'. Actually it is more than 3 years and If I selection that option, the Visa fee comes £1427 which is for more than 3 years. However, I am planning to apply for only 3 years then the fee should be £707.
Any suggestion, what to select in the application form?
