ILR and tier 2 partner extension

Hi All,

My husband has been in UK since Dec 2014 on Tier 2 general visa.
I came to UK in March 2017 (my visa was issued in Oct of 2016) on a Tier 2 partner visa.His visa is expiring in Nov, can someone assist us with the below :

1) Point us in the right direction with regards to ILR application process/dates/timings/rules for my husband.
2) Infomation on my BRP extension/renewal process

He can apply using the form SET(O) online when eligible within 28 days of completing his 5 years (counting from the initial visa issue date)

You will extend your visa before expiry and remain under PBS dependant route until eligible for ILR
