Tier 1 PBS Dependent waiting time

Hi,

I have received my Tier 1 ext in November 2018.

I have applied for wife visa on July 29th with priority service (decision within 5 working days) in India, it has been more than 15 working days passed HO standard timeline but still no update. I have contacted HO and they said they escalated our case to the relevant team and they will contact us in 15 working days.

Is anyone in a similar situation? Is there anything else we can do to speed up the process?
