Healthcare charge different from dependant

Hi, im applying for a Tier 5 work visa as a dependant to my wife. We both have to pay the healthcare charge now and im charged more (USD 1016) than her (USD 750). What can I do?

The job offer she got is for 18 months so I assume that when she entered the work start and end date, they calculated for a year and a half of healthcare charge but in my application I never got asked that. I dont know what to do because its really hard for us to pay that amount.
