Tier 1 entrepreneur visa to 10 year rout

Dear Fellows

i came to UK in Sep 2010 and i am on tier 1 entrepreneur visa ext valid till 30th Aug 2020. i want to go for ILR via 10 year rout in Aug 2020. i need your guideline about two questions.

1. if i want to switch to 10 year long residence in Aug 2020 window service. can i get visa even if i dont create 2 full time jobs or they can check if i have created 2 jobs or not.

2. my wife and child there visa also ending on 30th Aug 2020. so how their visa will be renewed if i go to 10 years rout.

Yes but there is no window service

They must switch to FLR(M) family route and their ILR clock will reset to zero

can i get ILR even if i dont creat 2 jobs? and is there any fast application service availabale for 10 years Rout? i heared i can apply for window service if i switch to 10years long residency and get get decision same day.

I answered this above
SET(LR) does NOT have anything to do with Tier 1E rules so no need to create jobs
The premium service centers are closed, you can only apply online and pay for a priority service. There is no same day decion

SET(LR) has no dependents, so your current dependants much switch to family route visa.
Their 5 year ILR clock will restart from the family visa issue date again
