i have seen your PAP seems Okay but i am not a solicitor but i have seen a PAP of a friend who got visa after 24 months of struggle his lawyer give a lot of reference infact every point he mentioned that court have considered that case previously which is lacking in that PAP there are few ref but not all of them.

again i will say i am not technically qualified but this is what i have feel i ve mentioned

Yes you right but if you see the refusal of pap which seems they didnt even check the whole pap and refused within 5 days.
My solicitor covered all the points one by one but still got refused.
Also they didnt even consider case worker error which he/She done previously as they considered my application as a inital application which wasnt inital

Yes you right i have read this thread and his case is same as me so lets see im already inside of jr process lets i have sent letter to pap department if they still reconsider my case before jr but they didnt reply so lets see

they have hired case workers who have 0 knowledge of business operations and who have educational background not more then GCSE

My 2nd extension application has been refused last week and i am preparing for AR but i do not have hope in AR. I have some question for you if you can answer.

1. After AR Refusal UKVI seized your bank account or driving licence?
2. Are you still allowed to do business as over stayer?

once you become over-stayers they take ur driving license back , and they can write a letter to your bank to close down your bank account , if you lodge PAP or JR ask your lawyer to write a letter to your bank cos once they will do so bank will inform u and u can ask ur solicitor to write a letter to the bank explaining ur situation which can halt the process for the time being cos i know someone same thing happened to him and his solicitor wrote a letter and it got sorted

what can be done speak to a solicitor who can write a good AR so that arguments can be answered , Second thing write down PAP and then go for JR if AR gets refused , this is the most painful aspect of your application but if you are refused on a unlawful thing then it might be overturned i have seen your refusal states that you are refused on premises and job creation the docs which they said are not requirement of Tier 1 Ent Job creation for job creation you have to give them at the time of salary slips ,RTI and FPS

Regarding your premises if you go for JR make sure you have a supporting doc stating you are trading from the address
don't lose hope i am in the same boat i got refused after 23 months i have lodged AR dont know where it will lead to have faith and be strong if you are strong you will be able to catch the boat never lose hope

Hi umer shehzad thanks. And inshallah you will get success to.
My case refusal is tottalt different they just missed up my case as they consider my application as a intial tier 1 on which they put inital application law and refused me which wasnt inital and i got all the points which is against the law too. Law says in extensions if case worker is not satisfied with the compulsory documents point wil not be given, so i got all the points but they refused. My barrister expalin the law property and mentioned everything that case worker even didnt bother to see wethrr its 1st time application or extension. So fingers crossed. Will update every one once i get anything from home office

I have no idea about that. But dont wory if you not successful in AR then apply for pap. You will get success definitely

Hi gurus please i need some help
I have submit my case to uper tribunal on 30th of last month its already three weeks passed. My solicitor submit bundle by hand in court and send sealed draft to homeoffice on same day too. i heard that there is 21 days time to response back.

Can any one tell me how long it takes from homeoffice side to response as its nearly three weeks passed but no response . Reply please

Today i received email from home office to answer some of question as they reconsidering my case so i am gona send them answers via my barrister. Hopefully this time will get my visa pray all plzzzz.

Just pray for me as home office reconsidering my case and yes hopefully i will get this extension now i am 90% stress relief now but still doubt on them as they can do anything. Pray all brother for me plzz tbanks.
