My pre settled status is under process, should i wait or i can instantly apply for EU settlement scheme Family permit for my wife? Who is living in Netherlands and please explain which supporting documents i need for her Eu settlement scheme permitt

I am Dutch National and my wife has Pakistan Nationality with Dutch residence permit card , i have been living for almost 5 months

if she wait until you get your statues granted would be better for her
she will need your marriage certificate , passport , your pre settlement application number and your national insurance number .
