Hello everyone, I've been following the forum for a long time and found it really helpful. I am soon applying for my visa and would just like to ask if anyone could help confirm some of my enquiries.
I am a Master's student and I have just submitted my dissertation. I am now waiting to receive the CoS from my sponsor to apply for visa. My job offer is related to my previous degree and not my masters.
Documents I am going to provide include:
1. CoS (awaiting)
2. Proof of knowledge of English: Previous's degree Academic transcript
3. Original passport & current BRP
4. Bank statement covering the last 90 consecutive days of account balance not falling less than £945
5. Official headed letter from university stating my expected date and the date of award: Query
6. Criminal Record Certificate: Query
Regarding CRC:
My role requires CRC. However, I have been in the UK since I was 17 and have been here for 7 years, minus some odd months visiting home which was always less than 3. I believe that according to the guidance, I do not need to obtain this. Am I correct?
Regarding Official headed university letter :
My university has kindly produced one for me. It stated the expected end date, and as I requested for it before my dissertation submission it stated on the letter that 'the final submission IS....'. However, the deadline has passed and I have already submitted my dissertation; I wonder if it is still ok to submit the letter like this or the HO will be confused? Should I ask for another one requesting to state that everything has been submitted? (the expected end date and dissertation submission date are different).
Sorry for the length of the enquiry. I would really really appreciate if anyone could help me confirm. Thank you so much in advance.
