Hello,
My 1st post and i have I have searched for the answer without being able find one.
I am going through the application to extend my wifes leave to remain after her initial 2.5 years.
We have a son who has a British Passport and does not need to apply.
Does Mr mdmx33 have any other children in the UK that are not applying on this application?
Well i initially thought the answer to this was yes. But the subsequent question path doesn't make much sense. When I select yes it then asks who the other parent is, which is my wife and the applicant, that option is there to select. I then select her name and there is a bx which says
Please provide details about this child's parent. Include the other parent's name, address and their level of contact or parental responsibility.
What do I put for this box, surely its obvious or do i literally have to explain that its our child together that already has a UK passport. It then mule for evidence of the child parents Evidence of where Mr xxxxxxxxx other parent lives - such as utility bill / Birth Certificate
Why do they make the bloody questions so bloody un-obvious!
