Please is mine too long to receive a letter for biometric. Applied 29/07/19. HO :received 30/07/19 . Nothing yet I hold a 5 years Zambrano resident card which expires 30/12/19 . My daughter is nearly 10years. Did any ones own took long.Thanks

Could u plz tell me on ur brp card does it says that u got it under zambrano. Or just says eu settle schmè. Just read now amendments has neen made on hMRC so any body with pre settle status under zambrano only wont able to claim child benefit and child benefits.

I know and that's also one of my fears. I can't work full time now because of my child's needs. I called benefits sector two weeks ago but they are not yet aware of the policy. I also rang eu settlement but the guy I spoke to was also clueless about the policy. Fingers crossed though

Not a single person here has received a decision. Is that not correct?

Are people writing to their MPs? What are their MPs saying?

If the application is refused post 31 October 2019, assuming a hard Brexit, will there be an appeal process?

If the application is rejected post 31 October 2019, assuming a hard Brexit, will the applicant be asked to leave or deported?

If you have completed a continuous qualifying period of 5 years as a Zambrano carer you should, under normal circumstances, receive indefinite leave to enter or remain under rule EU11 of Appendix EU.

It shouldn't matter what your status is now as it is legal.

The withdrawal agreement is binding regardless of what happens post 31 Oct 2919, whether there is a deal or not.

I can see majority of ppl haven’t received a decision yet, wonder why it’s taking so long. I feel something is going on because there seems to be a hold up on everything.

Most of people have brp already i didnt have so need one to travel. recently received coa on 23 aug i will give 2 more weeks then will go and see MP.

Morning everybody. Received all my documents with a paper to see my status online. Was so panicky. Went se what the status was I was granted settled status . Applied on 21st of June done biometric on 4th of July and received coa on 17th of August. And now 7th of September settled status( under zambrano). Good luck everybody. September is our month.

They ask me to go on https://view-and-prove-your-rights.homeoffice.gov.uk. it asked you your passport number and DOB to sign in . Will ask you a verification code from your mail or your fone number

Hi I just submit my derivative residence card my kids passports and birth certificate letter from my employer letter from their school my marriage certificate and just do it simple . Good luck
