FLR FP Partner 10 Year Route Extention - Which Option?

Dear mods/successful extension applicants

I will be helping my brother in law with his 3rd FLR FP Partner application soon as it's up for renewal

I thought I DID know which form to use but I'm awfully confused. I think UKVI have changed their forms again as I was testing completing an application which had three choices if the application was the basis of a partner child or private life. It's not there anymore now.

As he is on FLR FP the application is
