Travel Insurance - Schengen Visa for Grandfather

I am not sure whether this is the right place to post the query. Hope it is !

I am planning to bring my grandfather to UK on a visitor visa and planning to visit Rome during his trip. He is applying for UK visa but for Schengen Visa - Travel Insurance is a must.

He is 92. I cannot find a company in India who is doing travel insurance in India for >84 yrs

In UK I found a company www.intunegroup.co.uk but they do only for UK residents ..

Any ideas / suppestions ?? Thanks in advance. He really would like to see the Pope
