Tier 4 student low risk spot check rate!

Really curious the spot check rate for low risk country resident. As we all know there are some low risk countries which do not need upload finanical document, english language and academic certificate,but HO still have rights to verify these durng application, which usually spot check by random.
I search alot place for this rate, but rarely show the actually number.
do normal service, priority service, even super priority service have same rate? barely heard many people do super priority for t4 visa application but most likely are priority.
anyone know the answer?
