Naturalisation few questions

Post by TinTinTin » Wed Jul 16, 2008 11:29 pm

ILR appln form (AN)- few questions

Q1.20 Life in UK test number --> What number should i fill here ? Test instance id ?

Q2.1 : Date and place of first arrival.

First arrival - Should I specify the port of entry - eg: London Heathrow ? or the place where I was destined for eg: Canary Wharf ?

Q2.2: Days of absence

If i left UK on 13-03-2003 and returned to UK on 16-03-2003, should i mark it as 2 days absent ? i.e. excluding the day of departure and arrival

Much appreciate the answers, as I dont want to take a chance of rejection !

Is there a test number given on your Result Notification Letter?

Probably Heathrow.

Chapter 18: Naturalisation at discretion > Annex B: The residence requirements (2.2) and 50(10)(b ).

Consider using the NCS.
