Dependent ILR for Romanian Self-Sufficient

If my Romanian Wife get "Registration Certificate" as a Self-Sufficient so as a NON-EU family member what type of ILR I will get?

Will Home Office give me the right to work?

Which form should I fill after my wife gets Registration certificate?
