10 years ILR_PSW absence period.

Hi Everyone

Can someone please advise me on my query regarding 10 years SET (LR) route.

1. During my "Post Study Work" Leave to Remain, I was working with a UK based company, who send me on an overseas project to India, for around 4 months.
Query: Will those 4 months be counted as my absence from the UK ?, inspire of that I was employed by a UK company.

2. Thereafter, I continue my stay for another 3 months in India.
Query: Has it lead to the continues 180 days absence ? or it would only be considered as 3 months absence from the UK ?

All absences from the UK will be factored in, regardless of the reason for your absence.
If you were absent continuously from the UK for more than 180 days, your continuous lawful residence is broken and therefore you can NOT get ILR under long residence
