Reading the guidelines of SET O form to apply indefinite leave to remain: I come to find that some countires are exempted from the application fee:
"Fee exemptions. The nationals of states which have ratified
the Council of Europe Social Charter (1961) or the
Revised Social Charter (1996) are exempt from the
requirement to pay the specified fee in the work permit
holder and highly skilled migrant categories. The countries
concerned are Albania, Andorra, Armenia,
Azerbaijan, Croatia, Georgia, Moldova, the former
Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Turkey and Ukraine.
Nationals of these states must pay the specified fee if
applying in other categories."
Does that mean postal application with SET O form can be made without the fee for the above countiry citizens? Did anyone have experience?
