I really have been combing immi.gov.au in vain in search of that elusive URL to register as a "known user"?
Surely independent online GSM application is possible without agents?
http://www.immi.gov.au/e_visa/general-s ... ration.htm seems to be a dead-end.
Can anyone help? Advise much appreciated...
