I had to create another account I lost my other log in details..
I was part of those who applied earlier in June, with 2.5 Parent of BC route 10years,I got passports return only with biometrics letter the following week and COA in July on the 12th, I think a lot of us got COA the same time..
And up till now nothing..
I rang the resolution center last week,
it’s been 4months and those who applied later around August/sept are even sorted...
I actually needed one of the documents I sent to them as proof of 5years residency and to my surprise in less than 3days I got all my documents returned back and the later stated since I had requested for documents return there may be further delay in consideration of my application and i am like excuse me ?
And I was told I will need to post all the documents back to them as it’s not even scanned yet into the system..
I was like wawu!!!!!
So I have to post it back to them but the only thing I noticed is that the documents did not come from EU resolution centre we posted our forms to it came from “permanent Migration centre” in LIVERPOOL!!!
Fingers crossed..
But a part of me is thinking they are waiting upon the decision of brexit on the31s and maybe they already exhausted all the numbers of settled and pre settled slots they targeted..
Maybe I am wrong all I know is by dec or before jan will be their 6months they intended to make anyone wait for..
Please what address did you use to repost it I might need to repost all of mine too if that will cause an actual delay pleaseOmoge19 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 04, 2019 2:55 pmHello everyone...

My advice is forget about the lawyer and his 2nd application as they will refuse again. Focus on the settlement scheme as you have a higher chance of approval. Wait for the biometrics letter under settlement scheme.alana7 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 6:35 amGood morning all. I requested the paper form and received it on September 23rd and posted it October 1st. I have no prior leave to remain (have made human rights application before and been refused) but I am the carer for a British adult citizen who is my partner and I have a lasting power of attorney for him. I applied for a derivative residence card on February 28th, got a CoA in March and got refused in June but I never saw the refusal letter despite asking my solicitor for it. He made a second application in August but he said he was not posting it as I had not paid him half his fee. I was fine with that as I was now on the forum everyday reading and wondering why he wasn't asking me about the paper zambrano eu settlement.
Last night he calls me to tell me he sent the application after all and my letter for biometric enrollment has come and he will post it to me. What should I do? Do the biometrics when I get the letter or wait for the one from the zambrano eu settlement scheme as the first application will be refused/invalid anyway. And he still has made no mention of the zambrano settlement scheme as well talking about amnesty so I didn't tell him i sent the zambrano eu settlement scheme.
The forum is a big help to us all. I found out about Zambrano on here 6 years ago. It saved me thousands of pounds and gave me a lot of confidence.
Congratulations...Lisaniah wrote: ↑Wed Oct 09, 2019 3:04 pmBeen following the thread, just wanted to post my timeline to encourage those still awaiting response
