Hello

You need to print a form for each person. If you are sponsoring 12 relatives, you need 12 forms.

You can send only the parts that you had to fill in. Any part that stays blank (you will be asked to jump some sections), you can discard and not send.

"Nephew" won't be listed in the EEA application. They will have to thick the box "Relatives".

You may not like what I am going to tell you, but please think twice before sending this application to the Home Office. Extended Family Member application are complex. It's a rocket science to get them right with all the evidence required to sustain your claims. Your unfamiliarity with the forms lead me to believe that your application will be weak and will get refused.

EEA residence cards for extended family members are granted in case by case basis and aren't getting easier with time. It's already hard to get a card for 1 family member with compelling circumstances. If you are applying for a group of people from your family, you are not getting a handfull of EEA cards from the Home Office but a very scary looking refusal letters that would take you a lot of work just to understand.

The problem with that is their future visitor visas would be compromised. These visitors visas are granted to people with strong ties to their country and who don't exhibit any intention to immigrate to the UK. Once that intention established by previous failed immigration attempts, they won't get any visitor visas in the future.

You want to see your nephews from time to time, drop them an invitation. As the Home Office grave them visas, they have better chances of getting longer and longer visitor visas in the future. But that inconsiderate EEA move can compromise all goodwill and create a very disappointing situation for the years to come. You don't want your nephew to be refused visitor visa in 10 years because of this move.

Still, it's you own choice and responsibility to apply.
