Shortage occupation list SOC 2135

Hi All,

I applied my first Tier 2 G visa in 2017 and approved. When I applied my visa I have selected my Job Shortage Occupation but paid the normal fee because I wasn't sure about the fee and Only the few job title was part of the Shortage Occupation. Because of the fee, I don't want refusal.

This was mentioned in my Application

• IS THE JOB ON THE AGENCY'S LIST OF SHORTAGE YES OCCUPATIONS AT THE TIME THE COS WAS ISSUED? Yes

• HAS YOUR SPONSOR COMPLETED A RESIDENT LABOUR YES MARKET TEST? Yes

Now my visa will be renewed and according to the new list "All jobs in this occupation code"

Should I pay the full fee as I did in 2017 or Shortage Occupation ? and do you think the Home Office will ask why last time I have paid the full fee.

Or any other issue because of this

What I understand is that in the past your paid an incorrect fee for your application and you got away with it. The fee you paid was higher.

Now, you need to lodge a new application. There is no need to feel that you must make the same mistake again. Pay only the fees required by your application; no more and no less.

Hi,

I have some confusion about SOC code 2135. Previouls my job was in SOC 2135 but not in Shortage occupation but I am looking into new Shortage occupation list seems all the jobs under SOC 2135 are in Shortage occupation.
