Child Settlement - Stuck with New Service

Hi Guys! so I have a spouse settlement visa, so I have done the settlement visa application before and now with the new website to apply for it, it is a nightmare.

I am making the application for my son who is 5 months old who is Australian and American - we live in Australia at the moment.

Can I PLEASE make sure with anyone who is using the new service it is https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk ?? :roll:

Hubby - British
Me - American with spouse visa STILL VALID

Has anyone used the new service yet?

Have you checked the rules to see if your baby is automatically British by his father?

Was your husband born British?

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.
