Naturalisation Application (outside 6 months now)

Hi everyone,

I have applied for Naturalisation more than 6 months ago and still have not received a decision on my case. I rang UKVI and they sent me an email later on as below:

Dear xxxxxxxx,

Thank you for contacting UKVI Contact Centre.
Our records show your application has not yet been completed.
We are unable to advise when a decision will be made but you will be notified in writing once made. Until such time, we are unable to assist further. Should the caseworker require further information and/or documents they will contact you.

We are sorry we cannot be of further assistance at this time.

Has anyone else had the same experience and any advice what I should do? I am beyond frustrated that my application has taken so long and there is literally no communication channel between applicants and their case worker.

Some have to have much longer. There is nothing you can do. Wait to hear back
