What is the home office decision time for British Spouse's ILR application

Post by shuvradev » Mon Oct 21, 2019 11:50 am

Hi
Thanks for reading my post.
Currently, What is the home office decision time for British Spouse's ILR application.

My wife applied for ILR (5 years route) on 3 Aug 2019 (SET(M)). It is a very straight forward application.

Home office changes the rule. Before we used to sent application by post. But this time, she had to book an appointment in the UKVCAS center. All the document was scanned and submitted in the appointment time plus bio metric also been taken.

So far no response from home office. I haven't still get any letter saying that the application fee has been received or application is under process.

Can anyone advise me, what is the current processing time? it is normal that home office will not response?

Kind regards
Shuvra

6 months.. standard service. 8-12 weeks usually. Timelines post can be found in the pinned on the top of sub forum page.
As it’s digital now, you may or may not receive an acknowledgment email. Some don’t receive it. As long as ur payments been debited.. you should be fine.
