Hi
My wife is now applying for citizenship she has been in the UK since 2008. has got ILTR since 2010 passed all LIUK & B1 tests etc. my question is for the supporting documents as we was married in Thailand and our marriage certificate is in Thai language it's in two parts.
1. the certificate its self.
2. the part with our signature's and the witnesses etc.
we have lost the original second part with our signature's on and lost the original certified translation's for part's 1 and 2 but have photo copy's of all the documents.
The same documents where used for my wife to come to the UK in 2008 and to get ILTR in 2010 but obviously they where the originals. so do you think the H,O, will except the copy's or is that a non starter??
I do not want to pay the fee if it will be rejected on this issue!
many thanks in advance to any one who can help us.
