Applying ILR - 5 year ( earliar Tier 2 ICT and now Tier2 General)

Hi Members,

I am eligible for ILR in NOV 2019.
Can you suggest what all documents I would need?

Few points in my case:

1. I was on Tier 2 ICT ( Pre-April 2010) earliar and then changed to Tier 2 General.
2. I need to apply for my spouse and child too.
3. Timelines and is Dec right time to apply for , in terms of holidays and delay in processings?

Please help.
