Using your lettering :-
  1. The application for the spouse visa must be done in your country. It cannot be done in the UK. An application for a visitor visa is highly likely to fail.
  2. It needs to be clear that you will not need to claim certain Public Funds. How are you going to achieve that? Do you have a job to go to? Have you got savings? If so, roughly how much?
  3. If she has not been allocated a NI number already, she will need to apply for one. How old was she when she last lived in the UK?
  4. See b above
  5. Yes, you need to provide details of accommodation, and that accommodation has got to be "suitable" and certainly not overcrowded. Where do you intend to live when you first get to the UK?
  6. An application for a spouse visa can be made as soon as the marriage has happened, or of course, any time thereafter while the marriage is subsisting.
