Document checklist and appointment

Hi all,

Really urgently need help in a document checklist for my Tier 2 general outside of the UK application. For reference i will be applying in Melbourne, Australia VFS but i have been living in the UK for the past 2 years. I've seen a few checklists floating around but can someone please confirm the below for the appointment? Also does anyone know how long it takes to get a VFS appointment in Melbourne?

1. Completed Online application - printed
2. Passport current - original. Should i scan AND print this off as well? if so, is it all the pages?
3. Old passport - printed or original?
4. Previous UK visa copy - is this necessary? i'm currently on Tier 5
5. Original Degree Certificate - is this necessary?
6. Passport photos as per guidance - how many photos?
7. Residence proof of current country of stay. - is this necessary? i live in the UK now.
8. TB certificate- not required
9. COS form -printed
10. Offer Letter from UK sponsor - do i need to show them a new letter? I've been working there for nearly 2 years?
11. Maintenance letter from sponsor - printed
12. Sponsorship letter  -- is this also separate from an offer letter?

Please let me know if there are anything else missing from the list! THANK YOU!
