Social welfare payment and Naturalization

I have applied for citizenship by Naturalization (non-EU, 5 year residency).

As per the instructions
9.6 Give details of any social welfare payments that you are receiving and/or have received in
the past 3 years and the reason why you obtained that payment/support.

In the below question I have applied as No.
9.5 Have you received a Social Assistance
payment or other State support in the past
3 years?

Now, I realized that I have taken paternity leave last year. Employer paid me full salary but they asked me to submit a form so that employer account is credited with payment from social welfare (some part of the full salary amount). Which in turn means I have claimed benefit from social welfare as I signed the form for Social welfare with bank details of my employer.

Should I have answered yes for 9.5 And
How should I correct the same.

Hi I forgot to include my social welfare payment too - how do I go about correcting ?

I think it will be difficult to change it after signed off Statutory Declaration then I have a friend just got refused a few days ago for not disclose, however, have you received anything from them like a letter or requiring information Since you applied?

It is not a social welfare payment. So there is nothing to worry about.
