Need HSMP Form in Microsoft Word format

Post by noddy214 » Tue Apr 20, 2004 12:09 pm

Friends,

I have finally collected all the required documents for submitting my HSMP. But am stuck up at filling the form. Does anybody have the HSMP form in a MSWord format so that I can fill it up electronically. The hand-written one does not look that nice.

Please advice urgently.

Thanks,
Noddy

I understand your desire to have a nice looking presentation, but trust me noddy, I have the WORST handwriting in the world, but I still managed to get approval.

Instead, I would argue that having a well organised, clearly marked portfolio of evidence is what is going to get you over the line.

If you are really keen, I think there are programmes out there which let you edit .pdf files. Some of the more IT orientated people here can maybe point you in that direction.

Thanks for the response Vayu.

I tried playing around with PDF but no such luck. It is not allowing me. Let me see what the board responses are. May be somebody has a the form in MS Word format.

However you have brought out a very valid point and that is clearly marked portfolio of evidence. Can you shed some light on how you organised your application. Things such as, any particular format for covering letter, what goes after the coveing letter, etc....

Pan,

Unfortunately I am still on one side of the world and my laptop is still on the other side. Will be back in OZ mid next week, so I'll be able to post it then.

I have to say though, those other ones that were put up recently on this weboard should do the job IMHO.

Cheers

That would be helpful Vayu.
Remove specific information regarding you and your job.
Just the format maybe...or the overall structure of the doc.

Cheers.

When my friend came to me and told about his problem,I decided to help him next program-how to recover word file in vista, software has many admissibilities,in addition tool is free to the best of my memory,it can try to open your report in Microsoft Word format, that you have been preparing for a week, but in vain, can work with .doc, .docx, .dot and .dotx files and with any version of Microsoft Word text editor, recover only plain text, it means, that text formatting, graphics and all other elements will be lost, can recover your data from corrupted *.doc files, located on corrupted media: floppy and CD disks, flash and zip drives, etc, export recovered content into a new document in Microsoft Word format or any other text file.
