I am a UK born British Citizen.

My Girlfriend (21 years old). Is a filipino citizen.

I want to bring her to England. She has a Bachelors degree in Nursing and in Biology. Ideally she would like to work as a nurse.

Would a work permit be hard to get?

If so what other options are available?

Just looking for general advice here :(. Kinda lost.
