My employer and I agreed to terminate my contract early, and have set it at the end of my notice period, which is 2 months from now, with garden leave during my notice period. My Tier 2 expires in 10 months from now (next August). They will also notify the home office since it is a "material change" in circumstances. Since the end of my contract with my employer is at the end of December, what is my allowed leave to remain in the country? Is my visa active until the end of December (ie the end of my contract), and do I also get the allotted 60 day curtailment period *after* december?
