Settled Status for Non EU Daughter proof of dependency

My background:
I am a Non-EU family member of an EU citizen. I entered in the UK in November 2014 with EEA FP. I currently have a Residence Card of a family member of an EEA national. My father the EEA national has made the application for settled status on 22nd October. And I have made the application for settled status on the 23rd of October. None of us have received any reply from the home office other than the COA

Please note that when I entered in the UK, I was 20 years old.
I am currently married but I still live with my parents, my husband lives at a different house because we are saving money for a wedding. I have always worked part-time last 5 years and since last month I am in full-time education.

Evidence for dependency
I contacted the EU resolution centre and asked if I will need to provide proof of dependence on my father, they said yes I will have to if the caseworker asks.

When I looked at the EU appendix I noticed it says

(a) the direct descendant under the age of 21 years of a relevant EEA citizen (or of a qualifying British citizen) or of their spouse or civil partner; or
(b)(i) the direct descendant aged 21 years or over of a relevant EEA citizen (or of a qualifying British citizen) or of their spouse or civil partner; and
(ii) dependent on the relevant EEA citizen (or on the qualifying British citizen) or on their spouse or civil partner, unless the applicant was previously granted limited leave to enter or remain under this Part of this Appendix as a child on the basis that sub-paragraph (a) above applied (or under its equivalent in the Islands on that basis)

‘dependent’ means here that:
(a) having regard to their financial and social conditions, or health, the applicant cannot, or (as the case may be) for the relevant period could not, meet their essential living needs (in whole or in part) without the financial or other material support of the relevant EEA citizen (or of the qualifying British citizen) or of their spouse or civil partner;

I was a little over 20 (bellow 21) when I entered the UK on EEA FP. Do I still need to prove my dependency on my father?

My father did not even have an online bank account last 5 years. How can I show that I am dependent on him? I have given rent agreement, bills attached to my father's application.

I have just realized the clause is actually right there : - (or under its equivalent in the Islands on that basis)

This should cover EEA FP, as it is an equivalent status to pre settle. So I am worrying for no reason. Well, to be honest, the settlement resolution center customer officer has said that I still need to show dependency even though I have EEA FP after checking and keeping me on hold for full 10 minutes. Clearly she was wrong. They need to be trained more.
