Hi I have a question my mother is eu and has eu settlement scheme in the uk and have been living and working in the uk for the past three years. Mi sister which is also eu moved to live in the uk and my brother also. I am non eu and 28 years old and not dependant can I apply for the eea family permit to join them in the uk. And reunite my family. Can I also apply for my 4 year old daughter and husband. Can all three of us apply to be with them? I would appreciate an answer

Sadly it's no on all counts.

You can have a much EEA/UK family as you want, this doesn't open any immigration route especially if you are not dependent.

You have to qualify for a route on your own like Tier 2 or similar. They can help you. It's always good to have family in a country regardless of what route we use.
