Lost Life in Uk Test and English Proficiency certificates

Post by sresree » Fri Nov 15, 2019 8:10 pm

Hi,

I was granted ILR in 2015. I submitted Life in Uk Test certificate. I submitted by Post Graduate Degree certificate from India, a letter from university stating that the medium of studies was English as proof of English proficiency. I was awarded ILR.

I had to flee from family home in 2018 due to domestic abuse. I have my degree certificates with me, but lost the Life in UK test certificate and letter from university stating my medium of education.

I am planning to apply for citizenship next year.

Will I have to write Life in UK Test again?
Will I have to go back to India and apply for English Proficiency proof?

Will the Home Office have copies of my application submitted for ILR? Will they exclude me from resubmitting these documents? Please advise.

Thanks in Advance.
