gap query

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me please. I was on a workpermit which was granted from 24 sep 2006 - 27 sep 2009. However, I resigned my job on the 31 Aug 2007 and switched to student visa on the 3rd septembr 2007, which I applied and was granted the visa in person. I was wondering if the two days (1st sep(sat), 2nd sep (sun)) would be considered as a gap?

It shouldn't be a gap. There is usually 28 days after you leave your job to get another visa.
