Change of circumstance, visitor visa

Hello,
I am a pakistani national and have been issued a visitor visa (6 months) which expires mid december 2019, i intend to travel to uk (manchester) for my medical registration exam plab for 2 weeks duration (return by 9 december). The issue is that my residence visa in UAE ( where i am based for last 28 years) is currently cancelled ( change of employment), i do have the ministry of labour uae offer letter from the new employer, my hotel bookings are prepaid and i will have enough cash in bank and 2 credit cards for 2 weeks ( around 15k £ in bank and 15k £ credit cards limit). So what i want to know is what route should i take not to create any issues/doubts at immigration counter :
1. Exit from UAE to UK directly with return ticket to my home country ( PAKISTAN)
2. Exit from UAE to home country and then take a return flight to UK

I have travelled 3 times to uk in past complying with stated dates exactly , one of these visits was with family.
My wife will be in UAE , her visa has been kept on hold while i change jobs.
