French National+wants to marry a moroccan+residing in Luxemb

Hello everyone!!
I hope this note will find you all well.
I am french national, currently residing in Luxembourg, My fiancée is in Morocco and currently reides there.
We are planning to get married as this situation is getting tough on both of us.
Our choice is to live in Luxembourg for a lot of different reasons, which we just decided yesterday though Morocco is showing a lot of growth opportunity and the employment rate is very high.
Well, i want to bring then my wife over here, how should we do that? how long does the process take? and how long should the 'non eu ' person wait before applying for a job, as we both have confortable situations in both the countries we live in, and to move means also applying for a job.
Please let me know what should we do as we are currently lost...

Where do you intend to get married? Morocco might be easier.

Once married in Morocco, your wife should apply for a Schengen visa from the French embassy in Morocco. Once in Luxembourg, your wife is entitled to work from day one, because you are working.

So according to your answer a shengen visa and a marriage certificate is enough to present to get a work permit?
also, whats the constraints of getting married in luxembourg when you are of french nationality, is it difficult? and what about getting married in france and then head to luxembourg, does that take time?

According to European Directive 2004/38/EC, as a French citizen, you are exercising EU Treaty rights by residing and working in Luxembourg. Your family members (regardless of their own nationality), are entitled to join you in the country in which you are exercising Treaty rights, where they are entitled to reside and work in any job - without the need for a work permit. However, once 3 months have passed, from when your wife enters Luxembourg, she will have to register with the relevant authorities, and obtain a Residence Card, in accordance with Directive 2004/38/EC.
