Naturalization for wife and Register Children under 18 for British Citizen

Hello All,

My spouse qualified for British citizen through Naturalization (ILR) and my son and daughter as well through register under 18 years.

When I checked online at UK home office, I found following:
Apply for citizenship if you have indefinite leave to remain or 'settled status' but
Apply for your children..You must apply separately for your children - you cannot include them in your own application.

I am confuse if I have to apply separately for my spouse and children. Please help and clarify..

UK born children can apply with a settled parent on the same application (naturalisation AN1) and they will be considered under rules for registration
