Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 ICT dependent

Dear experts,

I am currently working on T2 ICT since Oct-2018 which is sponsored by my company & valid till Sept 2020.
My wife is also working on T2 ICT since Jun-2018 but for a different employer & her visa is valid till June 2021.
I am getting a new job offer with another employer but to be eligible to work for new employer, I need to switch as a T2 dependent on my wife's T2 ICT visa.

Can you please guide on the following?
1. Can you please point out to the exact link on "https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration" for applying to switch from T2 ICT to T2 ICT dependent from within UK (I am getting confused between multiple options)? I believe this can be done without leaving UK.
2. Do I need to update my current employer once my visa type is switched to ICT T2 dependent until I complete my notice period?
3. What is the average time required for processing of this switch from T2 ICT to T2 ICT dependent?

Have you got any reply to your query yet? My case is somewhat similar to your and I am looking to switch for my husband from tier 2 ICT main to tier 2 ICT dependent whilst his current Visa is active until April 2020
