Hi all respected members
I came in UK in 3rd of January 2010 as a student
September 2012 I got PSW for which expired September 2014
In August 2014 I did apply for entrepreneur tier 1 visa but was refused then I went in court August 2015 I won from court and my case was pending in April 2016 I got interview call for tier 1 and after interview I was refused due to some minor Issues then I went again in court and I won my appeal in December 2017 and finally I got my tier 1 visa in August 2018.
Now in December I will be qualified for ILR on the base of ten years. So in next 2 weeks I will be applying for ILR.
My question is which visa form is right for ILR for 10 years base?
Second question is Also these new visa form are linked up with online application only? Is it possible to print out visa form before online filling? Or it’s only link with online application ?
Also my question is can I make my login with UKBA now and start filling online form now. As I want to apply next 2 weeks time.
I will request senior members to help me to start my ILR application
Please respond to my request specially CR001 , zimba , Casa and other senior members much appreciate for your help

The link answers most of questions.
You can indeed begin the application but submit only when ur in ur qualifying period ie 28 days minus date of entry to UK.
The online form is simple and can be edited a number of times so don’t worry abt finding a copy to download.

Aman thanks very much for your quick response
what are the steps in whole application process after log-in. Can you please explain it
My second question is about my dependant
my dependant has the same case but as a dependent for 10 years, she came to UK same date as I came so some people are saying we have to apply for ILR at the same time. So my dependant has to apply with me same time as I will do With her life in UK and English requirement ?
Otherwise she has dependant visa for tier 1 valid till August 2021.
Also I have question about documents please advice me about the list of documents for me
Documents
All old passports
BRP card
Life in UK certificate
And my MBA degree and certificates for English requirement
Aman and other senior members CR001, zimba , casa please respond these points much appreciated

You must apply online, pay and submit your application. Then book an appointment with UKVCAS and attend the appointment to enrol your biometrics. All documents are scanned and uploaded. There is no such thing as a dependant under SET(LR). You must apply on your own and qualify on your own. If you have a dependant and she completed her 10 years and she is also eligible, she must apply separately ON HER OWN and qualify ON HER OWN.
You need LIUK, English language evidence and all your past passports

Zimba thanks for your quick response much appreciated
Please I have one more query about my dependant
I also wanted to ask weather my dependant can apply after couple of weeks or months after her 10 year qualifying period, technically she will be in tier 1 dependent visa, while i would already have applied for ILR or I will have my ILR approved
Thanks for your response all senior members about this matter much appreciated

After you get your ILR under long residence, she is then expected to switch to the family route or get ILR herself as she cannot remain under PBS route. But this can happen later after your ILR is granted as her visa technically remains valid. She should however not travel as she may be refused entry

Hi all respected members
I had my tier 1 E visa case was pending with UK visa
When my solicitor who won my case in first tribunal in 2015. Did write a letter to UK visa in April 2016 that he discontinue my case as he was dealing my appeal case only but ukvisa did not update their system. Same month in April 2016 I received interview call and I had interview then in August my case was refused again after about 3 months and 20 days and decision was sent to my old solicitor and he thought ukvisa updated their system and I had received a copy of decision as well. But I did not received any decision etc. In October I went to my solicitor to check it if he had any update after my interview and he told me I was refused again in August. But he thought I received decision as well but I never received any thing. So he again appeal against UKvisa and court did ask my solicitor that why my appeal was late then my solicitor provided evidence to court that they discontinue my case and informed ukvisa but they ukvisa failed to update their system.
Court accept my appeal and then I won my appeal from court and UkVisa never challenge this late appeal process etc.
Now my question is that in December I am eligible to apply ILR on set LR ten year base. And next two weeks I will apply ILR.
Is there any chance ukvisa refuse my case due to late appeal ? As I have some topic where ukvisa did same thing with them.
Second question. Is it possible for me to mentioned this matter in visa form if they give me any option to add any further or additional information ?
Please advice me as I have all documents from solicitor and from court as evidence about this matter that ukvisa ignore to update their system and that’s why this issue was raised.
Please senior members please advice specially CR001, casa , zimba , aman much appreciated

Zimba for your quick response much appreciated
In my case court mentioned in their letter that “it is in the interest of justice to extend the time for lodging these appeals”. So what you think what is about my case then?
Thanks for help
other senior members please comments on this letter highly appreciated

Second question. Is it possible for me to mentioned this matter in visa form if they give me any option to add any further or additional information ?
Bcoz my appeal case was only late due to ukvisa as on my solicitors written request that ukvisa needed to do direct communication with me as that time my solicitor discontinue my case. And ukvisa did not update their system and I never received refusal letter from ukvisa and my appeal was late due this reason.
Please advice me if I can mention this matter in visa form some where ?

When court accepted the evidence from my old solicitor about the reason of late appeal and accept that ukvisa was failed to update their system and I did not received refusal letter.
Then I received letter from court and they told me that my appeal was accepted by court.
In their notice of decision
They mentioned
The appeals are out of time
The time of appeal is extended
So what is meant by that in my case
Please advice zimba and other senior members on the forum CR001, casa , aman highly appreciated

You can add any documents you want to your application. It is a simple scan and upload now. You can then add the details at the end of the application online

Thanks for your help and guidance zimba highly appreciated
Also please comment on this one
In court letter court mentioned
“The time for appealing is extended”.
So I have read some websites that when first tier tribunal extends this time then their is no break in our immigration history and it consider our immigration history as continuous time.

Please comments on above mentioned point.
Thanks for your time and guidance much appreciated

Thanks zimba for your help about this matter
Today I have called the court and explain them whole situation and they told me that when my appeal was accepted by court then they had issued me decision on a preliminary issue letter and that letter covers whole thing and the extension of appeal time. So if they issue me again I have to send them written request and they will issue me same letter again
So please advice me if I can scan and upload all those evidence with my case to prove that why my appeal was late for safe side
Please respond me back much appreciated for continuous guidance

It depends on individual cases.. it is advised not to apply under super priority if one has a complex case.
