Hi

I tried looking for this topic but was unable to find, sorry if it is double post.

I got my ILR 31st dec 2018, hence I am eligible to apply on 31st dec 2019. I want to fill in the form online earlier to be able to book 31st dec on the dot, but worried what will be the actual start date of my application - would that be the date of appointment or the date I paid and finished online part? I.e. say if I finished online on 10th dec and booked 31st dec appointment, would that qualify for 1 year period?

The application date is the date you actually submit and pay - therefore 31.12. is the date to apply, not the date of the appointment nor the date of when you start drafting the application.

The application date is the date you actually submit and pay - therefore 31.12. is the date to apply, not the date of the appointment nor the date of when you start drafting the application.
