i applied for student visa for uk here in VFS dubai office on 25 june 2006 and i got student visa on 23 july.i was pregnent at the time when i submitted my aplication for visa.i deleivered a baby garl here in sharjah on 6 july 2008.but now i want to apply for my daughter visa as a student dependent.i want to travel with my daughter bcoz she is so small and i can not leave my daughter alone here because she needs to be breast fed.my uncle is my sponsor.but i do not know what kind of finencial resources i have to show for my daughter visa .can my uncle also sponsor my daughter?bcoz i m not in UK.so from UAE what kind of documents i must include with application.i m much worried about my daughter visa .can we travel to UK first time together?because i have not travelled yet to uk.even if i will go to UK there is no one to take care of my daughter. so can i apply for my husband student dependent visa too to take care of my daghter as i will go to university please reply me soon bacause my course will start soon.is there any law through which i can take my baby with me and husband too?

You can definitely apply to bring your family with you; however, you will be the sponsor for your family members, at least that is what I would believe after looking over the VAF3 form. There is a place for you to give additional information to be considered.

I couldn't find a specific amount that would be needed to satisfy immigration. You probably should contact the embassy to see if your sponsor's finances can be considered. Also, if you are given permission to remain for 12 months, your spouse can be given permission to work in the UK, though I don't believe you can claim this as support.
