Applying for naturalisation, as eu spouse

Hello
I married my ex wife 15/11/09, she was was Eu country, at that time I have overstayed my student visa.
I applied for visa December 2009 , received positive answer in May 2010.
I have received PR in January 2016.
When can I apply for naturalisation ?
My sound naive but what is the process ?
I have passed life and English wham in uk in summer 2016, was no aware about good character requirements.

Did you marry the EEA citizen in the UK? If yes, then you can apply after the tenth anniversary of your marriage to the EEA citizen. if you married them abroad, then the tenth anniversary of you leaving the UK before the marriage.

You may have to check that your English qualifications are still valid.

Provided you meet all the requirements (absence, English language, etc), you can apply online.
