Hello i need some advice and how my application will turn out
I came to the uk as a student in November 2015 my student visa expired in November 2017
my mother, brother, sister and cousins are in the uk
in august 2017 I started dating my partner however my mom didn't agreed with it because it was same sex
November 2017 i tried to apply on private life my mom told the lawyer to put that i have no family in the uk I don't understand why she did that i told the lawyer i had a partner but because my mom is not into same sex she told the lawyer don't put that on the application. Because she was the one paying for everything at the time i had no say in the application
July 2018 my mom kicked me out because of the same sex reason so i moved in with my girlfriend and my mom told my family in my country that I'm a lesbian and they started to threat me and i got so scared i didn't know what to do
November 2018 my application was refused because of the factor stated above
I started looking for lawyer they told me they cant help me. at the time i was going to a LGBT group, I open up to someone at the group they told me to apply for asylum but i was afraid of getting detain and going home because my family and country don't accept same sex relationship and my girlfriend was worried about me so i got confused and i didn't know what to do
December 2019 i send in an application on private life, human right an exceptional circumstance because my girlfriend suffer with depression and anxiety and she needs me to be her and our 4 year old son and we been living together for 2 years we have all the proof that we been together and call logs I have letter from doctors, her son school and from her counselor saying that she needs my help
I also have proof of what my mom said to the home office. now I'm trying to get the lawyer to say that he wrote that on my last application
December 2019 i have to report to the immigration removal center
I NEED SOME HELP ON WHAT THE OUTCOME WILL BE
i need some advice tomorrow i have to sign/ report to a immigration centre and I want to know what question they ask and what I should take with me
