Tier 2 Dependant - Child

Hi,

An application for Tier 2 dependant child was submitted using the wrong form. Having paid the NHS surcharge and application fee. What can i do now? Do i submit a new application using the right form? Will i get a refund for the former application since decision hasn't been made? Can i swap my new application for the previously submitted application? Would appreciate your guidance on this matter.
