Child 15 years old born outside UK

Hello guys, hope you all well.
A child who is 15 years old, ( Born in 2004 ) born outside UK, ( Brazil ) living in UK since 2007, hold Italian Passport since. Got Settle Status a month ago.
Father became British Citizen in 2018 ( Also holds Italian Citizenship ).

I would like to apply for he's British Citizenship ( preferable before he turns 16 in July 2020 ).

Can someone instruct me how to proceed with hes application ?
What should I do ?

I really appreciate if someone could help me out.

As you stated in a prior post it would be form MN1 - can be used up to 18 years old - online.

There is a list of documents I have to send to them. Its all good apart from one.

1- Two referee declarations for Mr .....................

As I did all the information online, including the referee's details etc, How do I send these two declarations ?
Is there any form I have to print out ?

Mother needs ILR or BC, unless she doesn't have parental responsibility.

16 is not an important threshold for BC (but can be for other reasons), 18 is - adult - naturalisation with extra requirements.
